Bed linen, towels, electric and full central heating included. A cot and highchair are available on request.

As this is a working farm, 1 dog would be welcome (by arrangement). There is access to a garden/orchard area for those little ones to run off any excess energy.

We have two private large ponds well stocked with carp, trench and roach for course fishing (at no extra charge but equipment not provided). There is also a public reservoir within half a mile.

We are within easy reach of the beach of Westward Ho!, Exmoor and Dartmoor for walking and riding and many local tourist attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Clovelly, Dartington Crystal, Tapely Park and the local market town of Bideford.
